Howard Freeman

Elected County Supervisor
District 4

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am 45 years old and have lived in Trinity County for over 35 years.  I have been married to my wife Arlene for 23 years.  We have two adult sons.  Brooke, who is attending Chico State, and Tristan who is serving in the U.S. Army - 82nd Airborne Division.
I am a moderate liberal with an emphasis on fiscal responsibility and improving communication within the district and county.

DISTRICT 4
I have the pleasure of representing the most beautiful district in the County.  What used to be known as "The Downriver District" now includes a large portion of Weaverville.  Hawkins Bar, Burnt Ranch, Del Loma, Big Bar, Big Flat, Helena, and Junction City are just some of the historic towns that lie along the awesome Trinity River.  The Weaverville portion of the District includes Trinity High School, Sheriff's Dept., Trinity County Library, Mountain Community Medical Services (formerly, Trinity Hospital),  Court House, and the Weaverville Airport.

                              MY GOALS IN OFFICE:
I have chosen the following three items as my long term goals during my first term in office.
Communication: I place a huge priority on keeping you informed about what's happening in your District and the County.  In order for you to form an opinion, you must first have all of the available information.
Respect:  I will listen to, and respect, your opinions.  You are the life blood of your community.
Pro-active:  I will provide the tools and leadership needed for you to become involved in your community.

If you have any ideas, solutions, or feedback on an issue, feel free to contact me.

Thanks for visiting my Web Page,
Howard Freeman
