    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of the California Election Code that the Selection of Precincts, and the One Percent Manual Tally for the November 6, 2018 election will begin on November 19, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the Trinity County Courthouse, room 112.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of the California Election Code that the Consolidated Statewide Direct Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.  The Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

    The Polling Place for Precinct 121 Lewiston, will be at the Lewiston Community Church, 72 Viola Lane, Lewiston CA and the Precinct Board Members are Laurel Edwards, Heather Quihuiz and Sue Risso. The Polling Place for Precincts 123 East Weaver, 211 Weaver, 217 South Weaver and 442 North Weaver will be at the Weaverville Veterans Memorial Hall, 101 Memorial Drive, Weaverville CA; and the Precinct Board Members are Devon Adrian, Shiloe Braxton, Beverly Everest, Irl Everest, Janet Colburg, RaiAnne Eddis-Dunlap, Randy Green, Monica Stygar, Jeannie Simmons, Shelby Thomas, Dale Yarbrough, Grace Hung and Valerie Earnest.  The Polling Place for Precinct 301 Douglas City, will be at the Douglas City Fire Hall, 101 Steiner Flat Road, Douglas City, CA and the Precinct Board Members are Krista Gogan, Cindy Rogers and Jane Draper.  The Polling Place for Precincts 311 Hayfork and 501 South Hayfork will be at the Trinity County Fairgrounds Dining Hall, 6000 State Highway 3, Hayfork CA and the Precinct Board Members are Kathy Duncan, Karen Eastlick, Christine Ledman, Carol Hickman, Rosanna Gehret, Dana Hauser and Valerie Patton. The Polling Place for Precinct 401 Junction City, will be at the Junction City Community Hall, 71 Dutch Creek Road, Junction City, CA and the Precinct Board Members are Bonnie Yingling, Lucina Demaris and Denice Meissner.   The Vote by Mail ballots will be counted at 11 Court Street Room 112, Weaverville, CA and the Board Members are Deanna Bradford, Barbara Gallwitz, Barbara Rapinac and Dawn Weger.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of the California Election Code that Vote by Mail ballot counting for the November 6, 2018 election will begin in the Trinity County Courthouse, room 112, starting Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 9:00 AM and Canvass Absentee Ballot counting for the November 6, 2018 election will begin in the Trinity County Courthouse, room 112, starting Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 9:00 AM.

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY given that in accordance with the provisions of the California Election Code for the November 6, 2018 election the following locations will be used for polling places:

    FURTHER, that said election the polls shall be open from the hour of 7:00 AM until the hour of 8:00 PM.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of the California Election Code that all Voted Ballot containers for the November 6, 2018 election will be returned to the Elections office, Trinity County Courthouse, room 112, November 6, 2018 after the close of the polling sites

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of the California Election Code that the Statewide General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

    Vote by Mail ballot processing for the November 6, 2018 election will begin in the Trinity County Courthouse, room 112, starting Monday, October 15, at 9:00 a.m.
