Free Residential Brush Disposal Days
These transfer sites will be accepting brush from Trinity County residents free of charge during regular operating days/hours between June 18 and 29, 2019:
PLEASE NOTE: The hours of operation at the transfer stations represent the hours that the gate is open and closed. As such, it is important to plan your trip to these facilities to ensure that you are ready to exit the facility by the closing time. Customers who attempt to enter the facility without adequate time to dump may be turned away. Please plan accordingly.
>No "For Hire" commercial vehicles.
>If loads are mixed, you will be charged full price.
>Brush, branches, limbs, logs, tree trunks must be clean and free of debris. Tree stumps that contain a root ball with dirt are limited to 4-inch diameter. No chips, cannabis, lumber, pallets, construction/demo debris or plywood.
>Remember to tarp your loads, per California Highway Patrol requirement.
As approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 16, Solid Waste will waive fees for residential brush disposal at the county transfer sites listed above to aid Trinity County residents with fuels reduction/property cleanup from June 18 through June 29, 2019 on their regularly scheduled days/hours of operation.
