Where is my Paycheck?

Trinity County IHSS Providers can access timesheet and payroll information online via the Electronic Services Portal (ESP). This information can be viewed 24 hours a day online, at the Electronic Services Portal (ESP). Are you wondering if your timesheet was received and processed yet? Do you want to know if your payment has been issued yet? Now you can utilize the ESP to access this information 24 hours a day! 

Trinity County IHSS will no longer provide timesheet or check status information. 

New! Electronic Timesheet System (ETS)

IHSS Care Providers and IHSS Recipients can now access the California Department of Social Services' Timesheet System to get real-time timesheet and payment status information. Using the Electronic Timesheet System (ETS) reduces the wait time between mailing a timesheet at the end of a pay period and when the check is delivered. 

And, by registering on the ETS, you will be able to see the most current information 24/7:

  • Timesheet Status
  • Payment Status
  • Payment History (last 3 months)

The new website is accessible by smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. All you need is internet access and your own personal email address.

Time Frames and Processing

State of California 10 day issue policy

The state of California has ten (10) business days to issue a payment to you from the date your timesheet is received at the timesheet processing facility in Chico, CA. The timesheet is mailed separately from the paycheck. The timesheet is mailed from the EDD office in Sacramento, CA. and the check is mailed from the State Controller’s office in Sacramento, CA. Completed timesheet should always be mailed to:

Stop Payment Policy (Void and Reissue Check)

If you are an IHSS Provider in Trinity County and you have not received your paycheck within ten (10) business days after your check was issued, call the IHSS office at 530-623-8209 for directions on how to request a Stop Payment of the check that was not received and have a new check reissued.

 


*NEW* Direct Deposit Online Enrollment Service is Now Available!

As an IHSS Provider you can request that your payments are automatically deposited into your checking or savings account instead of being sent to you through the mail.

What are the advantages of direct deposit? Your payroll checks can't get lost in the mail or stolen from your mailbox, purse or pocket. You may have access to your money sooner because you don't have to wait for the check to arrive through the mail.

And, beginning February 12th, 2018, IHSS Providers now have the option of enrolling for Direct Deposit Online! The new Online Direct Deposit Enrollment Service allows current, active IHSS/WPCS providers in all California counties the ability to electronically enroll, change or dis-enroll by using the website, instead of using a paper form. 

All IHSS Providers are eligible for direct deposit if they meet the following requirements:
 

  1. You must be registered on the ETS Website
  2. You must be actively working for an IHSS and/or WPCS recipient
  3. Have an open checking or savings account
  4. Have your Bank Name, Account Number and the Routing Number

If you would like to enroll via paper form you can download the IHSS Provider Direct Deposit Form. Please remember that you must submit a separate form for each IHSS Recipient that you want payments to be directly deposited for. If there are no timesheets submitted for 60 days, you will be dis-enrolled from direct deposit and will have to re-enroll. Once all sections of the form are complete please sign, date and mail to:
