Grading Permit Information

Effective June 1, 2018 the Building Department will no longer be able to provide change for cash transactions. We will be able to accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and exact cash transactions.

Our office will be open to the public on a limited basis starting Wednesday, June 10th:

  • Appointments are highly recommended during this time;    
  • Site inspections have resumed with social distancing requirements being met at all times; and
  • Payments by check or credit card are preferred.
