Our residents face equity barriers in Trinity County every day. Trinity Equity in Action and Trinity County Public Health are seeking to better understand the different histories and circumstances of individuals and groups in our community.
We’re committed to understanding what prevents residents from living their healthiest lives, and meeting unique needs to achieving “wellness.”
Using insights from our public surveys, this strategic partnership will be able to use an equity-based approach to achieve fair outcomes by tailoring resources, opportunities, support, or treatment to our residents.
We invite Trinity County residents to complete this short survey to tell us your personal experiences regarding access to services and opportunities that contribute to your overall health and wellbeing. All survey responses are anonymous and will contribute to equity planning throughout Trinity County.
