At a regular meeting held on September 19, 2023, the Trinity County Board of Supervisors initiated the 45-day public comment period on Title III Proposals.
The Secure Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 requires that proposals being considered by the Board of Supervisors be given a 45-day public comment period prior to approval, pursuant to Title III of that act.
