Trinity County, CA – Trinity County residents impacted by the Monument Fire will be able to access services and resources at a Local Assistance Center (LAC) from Thursday, September 9th to Saturday, September 11th. Services available include document replacement (driver's licenses, identification cards, vehicle titles, vital records), legal services, resume and job search assistance, agricultural assistance, financial assistance, navigating insurance claims, and mental health services. Local and state federal agencies, as well as community organizations, will be available to answer questions, refer residents to recovery resources, and provide financial and other assistance.

 

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all visitors must wear facial coverings and practice social distancing. COVID-19 testing and vaccination will be available.

 

Hours of operation for the LAC will be September 9th - 12:00PM-8:00PM, September 10th - 12:00PM-8:00PM, and September 11th - 9:00AM-4:00PM.
