Regarding the latest order by Trinity County Health and Human Services to require face coverings by all individuals, vaccinated or not, while in indoor settings. I very much agree and am happy to see this order go out however I am concerned regarding it's enforcement. Are there dedicated individuals that are responsible for enforcing this both inside county facilities and outside around town in private businesses? Also is there a dedicated point of contact where the public can report violations of this order while in effect?

Thank you for this question. Just to Clarify, the Order comes from the County Health Officer who by law is able to implement orders to protect the public. Violations to Health Officer Orders are dealt with by law enforcement and state enforcement agencies such as Cal/OSHA, Alcohol Beverage Control, as well as code and other regulatory oversight
